4月13西安開(kāi)通了一條新的歐洲貨運班列,通(tōng)過鐵海聯運穿越裏海和(hé)黑海。這(zhè)條新的鐵海聯運線路可以到達中東歐多個國家。列車滿載運動器材、衣服和床上用品等(děng)貨物,於周三(sān)從西(xī)安國際口岸出(chū)發(fā)。途(tú)經(jīng)哈(hā)薩克(kè)斯坦、阿塞拜疆、羅馬尼亞、匈牙(yá)利、斯洛伐克(kè)和捷克共和國,最終將到達德國曼海姆(mǔ),全程11300公裏。西(xī)安自由貿易港(gǎng)建設運營有限公司(sī)總經理(lǐ)袁曉軍表示,新(xīn)線路覆(fù)蓋(gài)了以往中歐班(bān)列(liè)鮮有(yǒu)服(fú)務的國家(jiā)和地區(qū),為國內(nèi)外企業開拓了新市(shì)場(chǎng)。此外(wài),該線路還為國內外貿易(yì)物流企業(yè)提供了新的運輸選擇。
Xi'an launches new freight train service traverses the Caspian Sea and the Black Sea
Xi'an launched a new freight train service to Europe on April 13 that travel across the Caspian Sea and the Black Sea via rail-sea combined transportation. Several countries in Central and Eastern Europe can be reached via this new rail-sea transport route.The first train on this route, loaded with goods such as sports apparatus, clothes and bedding, departed from the Xi'an international port on Wednesday. The train will pass through Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Romania, Hungary, Slovenia and the Czech Republic, and finally reach Mannheim in Germany, covering a total distance of 11,300 km.The new route covers countries and regions that rarely saw China-Europe freight train services in the past, opening up new markets for domestic and international enterprises, said Yuan Xiaojun, general manager of the Xi'an Free Trade Port Construction and Operation Co Ltd, adding that the route also provides a new transport option for domestic and international trade and logistics enterprises.

Turkey aims to strengthen the rail infrastructure and promote the freight volume
The Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure unveiled its transport and logistics master plan earlier this month, which calls for almost 200 billion dollars in investment over the coming two decades.With its vision for 2053, the ministry aims to increase the share of the railways in passenger transport from 0,96 percent to 6,2 percent. This translates to an increase from 19,5 million passenger kilometers per year at present to 270 million per year. Additionally, the ministry wants to move more than one fifth of of its total freight volume to rail in 2053. Currently, rail cargo only account for 5.1% of total market share.Among the lines under constructions are connections between Ankara and Izmir, as well as the one between the Istanbul suburb and Kapıkule (border gate between Turkey and Bulgaria). Turkey’s railway company TCDD also has the Mersin-Adana-Gaziantep project on the way.As an important hub for the middle line of China-Europe freight trains, Turkey's railway construction is conducive to improving the transport efficiency of freight trains and providing a positive guarantee for the middle corridor. “義烏-寧波(bō)舟山港”海鐵班列與中歐回程班列首次實現 “整列中轉”
4月(yuè)14日,“義(yì)烏-寧(níng)波舟山港(gǎng)”海鐵(tiě)聯運班(bān)列緩緩從鐵路(lù)義烏西站駛(shǐ)出(chū),搭乘著從中歐回程班列卸下來的(de)100標準箱進口紙製品,駛(shǐ)往寧(níng)波舟山港,並將在(zài)後續(xù)通(tōng)過(guò)水(shuǐ)路轉運至天(tiān)津、大連、青島(dǎo)等地,標(biāo)誌著(zhe)“義(yì)烏-寧波舟山港(gǎng)”海鐵(tiě)聯運班列與中歐回程班(bān)列實現首(shǒu)次“整列中轉”。據悉,“整列中(zhōng)轉”模式可有(yǒu)效減少鐵鐵中轉的集裝箱在鐵路義烏西站編組集貨的(de)等待時(shí)間,同時降低約15%的運輸成本。同(tóng)時(shí),在各地疫情點(diǎn)狀散發的不利影響下,“整列中轉”模(mó)式(shì)有效避免了公路配送不暢情況。

On April 14, a sea-rail intermodal freight train slowly departed from Yiwu West Railway Station, carrying 100 TEUs of imported paper products transferred from an inbound China-Europe freight train , headed for Ningbo Zhoushan port. The train will head for Tianjin, Dalian, Qingdao and other places by vessel, marking the first "whole train transfer" of this kind.The "whole train transfer" mode can effectively reduce waiting time for consolidation compared with traditional rail-rail modal, and the cost could be cut by 15%. At the same time, this kind of mode can effectively avoided the road delivery difficulties under strict epidemic prevention and control policies.
